Privacy Policy — Ludo Housie Club

This Privacy Policy explains how Metawin Edutech Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Ludo Housie Club application and website at ludohousie.club (the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information, depending on how you sign in:
- Phone: your mobile number, used to send and check a one-time password.
- Telegram: your Telegram ID, username, first and last name, and profile photo.
- Google: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier.
- Guest: no personal details at all — we create an anonymous account so you can play against the computer. If you later sign in, your game record moves to that account and the guest account is deleted.
Profile you choose: display name and avatar selection.
Gameplay data: matches played, results, tokens captured and lost, win streaks, play chips and Club Points balances, rewards unlocked, clubs you join or manage, and in-app activity needed to run the games and leaderboards.
Chat and voice: quick-chat messages and emoji you send. Where you join a voice table the audio is carried live between players; we do not record or store it.
Device & technical data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address and basic diagnostics used for security and to keep the Service working.
Communications: messages you send to support and, if enabled, notification preferences.

2. How we use your information

To create and secure your account and authenticate logins.
To operate gameplay, matchmaking, clubs, Club Points, leaderboards and the voucher catalogue.
To send you service messages and, with your consent, notifications.
To prevent fraud, abuse and cheating, and to comply with legal obligations.
To improve the Service and fix problems.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who help us run the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, SMS/OTP delivery, Telegram login), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed.
Legal authorities where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Reward partners only to the extent needed to fulfil a voucher you choose to unlock.

4. Third-party services we use

Railway — application and database hosting.
Cloudflare — website delivery and protection.
Twilio and 2Factor — sending one-time passwords by SMS, voice call or WhatsApp.
Telegram and Google — sign-in, where you choose them.
LiveKit — carrying live voice chat between players at a table.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measuring whether our advertising works, including recording that a sign-up or login happened. See section 4b.

Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

4a. Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier, and we use them only to create and identify your account. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it except as described in section 3. You can disconnect our access at any time in your Google account permissions, and you can ask us to delete what we hold (section 8).

4b. Advertising and analytics

We advertise the Service on Meta platforms. The Meta Pixel on our website tells Meta when someone visits and when a sign-up or login happens, so we can measure whether our advertising works. It does not receive your Google data, your phone number or your messages. You can limit this through your Meta ad settings and your browser's privacy controls.

4c. Cookies and local storage

We store a small amount of data in your browser or app to keep you signed in, to remember your table and colour preferences, and to remember whether you have seen the introduction. Clearing your browser data removes these and signs you out.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. You may request deletion (see Section 8).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for notifications at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
